Wayel has been selected by Intesa Sanpaolo Bank for the initiative «This is my company» (Ecco la mia impresa), together with other 399 Italian companies selected between 1.100 with these characteristics: companies that are “the engine that restarts a country that is struggling and innovative start-ups that have a good story to tell, so that their example can be contagious“.
On the 27th of July Wayel will tell its story in the pavilion of Intesa Sanpaolo “The Waterstone” at the EXPO in Milan.
The wooden structure has been called Waterstone by the architect De Lucchi imagining it as a sequence of three stones smoothed by the water of four waterfalls that flow between connections. Here Wayel will communicate the excellence of Made in Italy, considering both culture and business.
It will be done within a multimedia route where Wayel will share its business project with the international visitors: the challenge of e-mobility; the innovation of the shaft drive; the ambition for a product with these features: design, functioning, efficiency and made in Italy; the courage to come back in Italy from China for the production; the intuition of Solingo, the electric moped able to use also solar energy as a power source; the willingness to invest in Emilia with the creation of FIVE, a building for the manufacturing of Wayel products, completely self-sufficient with zeb technology, now under construction in Bologna.
This is the story that Wayel will tell, a story crossed by a red thread that weaves passion for innovation and attachment to the land, knowing that sharing is a growth opportunity, continuous comparison, little example for other companies.
